Admin portal redesign and design system
Private university, Bangladesh
A full UI rebuild of a 64-route admin panel to a token-based editorial design system, without touching a single API contract.
What I built
- Phase-gated: audit table, token library, mechanical migration, screen rebuilds, QA report
- Every modal became a side drawer, every alert a toast or a sober confirm; list/create/edit pages merged with redirects
- Self-hosted Inter Display and Noto Sans Bengali for on-premise use
- 64 of 64 routes and 18 of 18 interaction checks passing; zero service files modified
